We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for Indie and Pro licenses, no questions asked. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligible Purchases

The following purchases are eligible for refunds:

  • Indie Licenses: Full refund within 30 days
  • Pro Licenses: Full refund within 30 days
  • License Renewals: Full refund within 14 days

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Ultimate Licenses: Due to immediate source code access, Ultimate licenses are non-refundable. Please contact us before purchase if you have any questions.
  • Purchases over 30 days old: Refund requests must be made within the refund window.
  • Abuse: Repeated refund requests or obvious policy abuse (e.g., using the plugin for a project then requesting a refund).
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback, your license will be revoked and you will be banned from future purchases.

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to billing@gamedna.studio with:

  • Your order number or license key
  • The email address used for purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

Step 2: Confirmation

We'll send a confirmation email within 24 hours acknowledging your refund request.

Step 3: Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Step 4: License Deactivation

Upon refund, your license will be deactivated. You should uninstall the plugin from your projects.

Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds in certain situations:

  • Downgrades: If you downgrade from Pro to Indie, you may receive a partial refund of the difference.
  • Prorated refunds: In exceptional circumstances, we may offer prorated refunds outside the 30-day window.

Upgrades

If you upgrade your license (e.g., Indie to Pro), the upgrade amount is non-refundable, but you can still get a refund on the original purchase within the 30-day window.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical issues that prevent you from using the plugin, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We're often able to resolve issues quickly.

Currency and Fees

Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency (USD). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are your responsibility. We do not refund payment processing fees in exceptional cases where we believe policy abuse has occurred.
