Welcome to gameDNA Store. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any gameDNA plugin ("Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. License Grant

2.1 Scope of License

Upon purchase, gameDNA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software according to your license type:

  • Indie License: Single-seat license for one developer on one machine. Limited to projects with less than $100,000 USD in annual revenue.
  • Pro License: Multi-seat license for up to 5 developers. No revenue restrictions.
  • Ultimate License: Unlimited seats with source code access. No revenue restrictions.

2.2 Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use the Software in commercial and non-commercial projects
  • Integrate the Software into games and applications you develop
  • Distribute applications that include the Software in compiled form
  • Make backup copies for archival purposes

2.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software or its source code
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
  • Use the Software to create competing products
  • Share license keys or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except where permitted by law)
  • Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws

3. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of gameDNA. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Updates and Support

4.1 Updates

Indie and Pro licenses include one year of updates from the date of purchase. After this period, you may continue using your current version indefinitely or purchase a renewal for continued updates.

Ultimate licenses include lifetime updates at no additional cost.

4.2 Support

Support is provided through our Discord community and email. Response times vary by license type as described on our website.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 Payment

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Indie and Pro licenses. See our Refund Policy for details and exceptions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GAMEDNA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMEDNA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMEDNA'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless gameDNA and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
